Spice
I forgot to mention that while in Key West, I bought a seasoning, "Lime Rub." I don't know what to use it on, but I am thinking about pirogies. That might sound weird, but whenever I make them I normally use onions, butter, and lemonpepper, so it may just work. If I get up the nerve, I'll let you know, and if anyone has an idea of something else this might work well on just let me know.

Rub is usually for pieces of meat... you sprinkle it on the meat and massage it around and then let it sit for a while like a marinade... and then you grill it.
I would be interested in seeing how it works on pierogies though
that sounds sexy!!!!!
