Sour Cream Cookies Part III

Today I finally used up all the remaining dough, and it was a lot easier this time around because I knew to use an entire BUCKET of flour so it wasn't sticky. I forgot to mention that aside from the regular cookie cutters, I used a round biscuit cutter to make the round ones, to make them like the ones in the recipe picture. I tried to make lemon icing using this recipe I found online:

Lemon Icing
INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups confectioners' sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the butter, lemon juice, vanilla, and confectioner's sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add more confectioner's sugar, or lemon juice to adjust the consistency as needed.

However, when I was adding the vanilla I SPILLED a TON into the frosting, so it tasted a little funny, although everyone said they could still taste the lemon (I couldn't). I added a little food coloring to make it a teeny bit yellow too.
