Passionfruit Icing

i really really really want to have an icing party. i have all these recipes for cool icings: grapefruit, banana, PASSIONFRUIT (rachael!). When we were little there was this summer camp thing in our neighborhood and the only thing i remember about it is the one day we got to eat like 5 different colored icings on top of vanilla wafers. probably the best day of my life.

here is the passionfruit icing recipe for rachie:

1 1/4 cups (155g) icing sugar, sifted
10 g unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup (60 ml) passionfruit pulp

Combine the icing sugar, butter and enough passionfruit pulp in a small bowl to make a stiff paste. Stand bowl in a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until the icing is smooth and glossy. Remove the bowl from the heat. Spread the icing over the cake with a flat-bladed knife and allow to set before serving.
